Dr. Markus Steingröver

Dr. Markus Steingröver works as Managing Consultant and Head of Group Wholesale Strategies in the Strategy and Marketing Department. He has more than eight years of experience in Telecommunications Regulation. Before joining Detecon, he was Costing and Tariff Setting Expert at the RegTP and has advised regulatory authorities and operators on tariff regulation, interconnection and costing issues around the world.

Martin Bouchard Martin Bouchard is a consultant working in the Strategy and Marketing division of Detecon. He has more than five years of experience in telecommunications, which he obtained during consulting projects in Europe, the Americas and Asia. He is focused on interconnection service costing, tariff rebalancing, and wholesale and regulatory strategies. His latest projects were related to the costing and regulation of wholesale Broadband access.
